Okay I'll read up on his posts. However I still think it is a viable option if you fast long enough to peak Ghrelin whilst still being able to consume a high enough amount of calories per day. I.e. intermittent fasting.

I see. HGH and IGF-1 work together in a feedback loop in order to provide results. What I am trying to propose is that you should find the equilibrium between minimum amount of time to get a max ghrelin response and max glucose levels for IGF-1 conversion. Is this logic cope?

Just take mk 677. Ive been on it for 7 months and i can attest to its efficacy at 18 years old
