Is Giant Implants real?

I was thinking I might need an orbital box osteotomy for my 54mm ipd, but most surgeons don't wanna operate on a "non syndromic case" such as myself due to the risk involved. But giant Implants said he would operate for $300 and a back massage. Anyone know if this guy is really legit? Might be my savior if he is.
