I think most of what he says about exercise, nutrition and his definition of a "primal natural lifestyle" is retarded, and he seems like a non-NT, disagreeable and anti-social person. I agree with his takes on toxic foods, clearing up some nutrition misconceptions and the aforementioned retardation of roidceling and gym bro culture, but beyond that I think he's just another "everything you've been taught by society about [x] is wrong, HERE'S the real truth about [x] that no one will tell you!" grifter, where the "real truth" is something so weird and different from the mainstream version that part of you thinks it must be true. I also hate black pillers, especially black pill content creators. I like his react videos where he shits on roidcels though, that's the only stuff I watch by him and find entertaining.
