Exactly, I eat a mostly primal diet, but even before, I could eat pure goyum shit and I’d be entirely clear of skin impurities, my sisters would eat 1mg of seed oils and breakout jfl.
That being said, 500mg test absolutely fucked me (I got my first 2 pimples )
