you will regret growing up just to be 5'2 and recessed because you didn't spam raw liver brain and milk, got 3 hours of sun and exercised, trust me

Raw meat is an absolute waste of time if you're past puberty, not that it'd make you grow during puberty either its just the basic building blocks.

Humans invented fire for a reason. You don't wanna give yourself food poisoning, and plus raw meat is just gross even if it was from a source that was safer. I love eating meat and eggs, but cooked not raw ofc

I have gone ahead and am fine, also parasites are not inherently harmful and can in fact be beneficial to the human body

Almost all I’ve seen from him is dumb as fuck, which makes him a very welcome presence.
