Is going to gym worth it nowadays?

just started going to the gym. i’m about 5'10, 63kg and want a better physique, but i’m still in puberty so i’m kinda worried about messing up my growth.
is it even worth training hard at this age or should i take it slow? how many times a week should i work out?
also seeing a lot of stuff online about peptides, roids, pwo etc. are those things i should completely avoid while growing or are people overreacting
basically just trying to figure out the smartest way to get in shape without screwing myself long term. any advice appreciated
 
Always a good thing to do even for general health. Since you're new you could get away with only 3 days a week, but I'd recommend 4-5 if you're able. Definitely worth it

Not yet, Gotta ease into the gym first to get my muscles be better before i do full body.
Full body is perfect to ease your body in and I would recommend you training twice a week full body
 
Well you already don't want to "stunt your growth" so we're off to a pretty bad start here. This is a fearmongering outdated myth just like in the eighties when whey powder was said to cause kidney damage and creatine was considered a steroid.

Don't overthink it. Just focus on regularity and intensity during your workout. Everything is worth it in life IF it is required to achieve your goals. Want a good body? Then yes gym is worth it obviously. What a ridiculous question.

Understood. In that case, feel free to run gear if you wish to attain your goals faster. However I always recommend everyone to get minimum two years natural at the gym before hopping on gear. Reason being that you can achieve some easy gains and build a solid foundation before getting that extra edge.

I mean of course my first progress of the gym will be natural but after one year or 8 month or consistence work out i could hop on reta or possibly something else.

i literally go 2-3 times a week doing high intensity full body and cardio. And somehow I look better than most dudes who gymcel

Just a proper diet with 200-300 calorie surplus. Do your cardio, lift good weights. Do not expect any magic in both negative and positive ways.:Comfy:

my non doctor recommendation is: don't deadlift
Go watch Jeff Nippard to get education for lifting.
Avoid peptides roids anything like that your in your prime where your growth hormone is at peak and you can recover the quickest.

I recommend watching videos of jeff nippard to getl info

Height is genetics, but it’s also depends on posture and what you probably do in your daily life, I assume.
But could I possibly hop on peptides but not on roids?
Seen some crazy dudes at the gym with massive traps and veins there. I think they consume a lot more of roids that you probably should if you wanna look good.

But yeah my biggest question is about height, peptides and just how I can get the best out of puberty. Since there are lot of people complaining they didn’t do some specific in puberty and now they are chopped ( as a example)
 
why would you even screw your growth with gym? it's a myth. just make a training program where you hit every muscle group 2x week, make sure to prioritise shoulders and arms, your split literally doesn't matter. eat carbs and 2g of protein per 1kg bw. do your own research. it's really not that complicated. pick exercises you like and stay consistent. don't listen to "science based" faggots on tiktok, you can do compound lifts, isolation exercises, whatever you like just make sure you're progressing it's literally not that deep. you need to set your priorities right and for that you need to understand how things work which is what i said isn't really complicated
