just started going to the gym. i’m about 5'10, 63kg and want a better physique, but i’m still in puberty so i’m kinda worried about messing up my growth.
is it even worth training hard at this age or should i take it slow? how many times a week should i work out?
also seeing a lot of stuff online about peptides, roids, pwo etc. are those things i should completely avoid while growing or are people overreacting
basically just trying to figure out the smartest way to get in shape without screwing myself long term. any advice appreciated
