There’s one like 10 mins away from where I live but never tried it.
Are there any positives of visiting it? For how long should you sit in it?

Better cardiovascular health I think. Also you lose water weight by sweating there

Depends on what you want and what kind of sauna it is

Im guessing its an Electrical sauna and you dont throw water on the rocks, so that means that you should stay there as long as you still feel comfortable doing it and your vision stays clear. Once it starts to get blurry get out

Also remember that you never have to stay there for longer than you want to be. Im the kind of saunagoer who just heats the sauna to maybe 80-90°C and then go there and torture myself for maybe 5-10 minutes while throwing water on the rocks and then get out to either take a break to do it again or to shower and get out

very good, you remove all the toxins and heavy metals from your body by sweating so i recommend it for sure.

My friend bought a foot sauna it's really nice after long shifts it's like putting on a new pair of feet.

As a finnish person who has been to the sauna first time as a 6 month old baby I can tell you that it's amazing.

Sauna is the ultimate debloating tool. Just go in there for 10-20 minutes and you will come out debloated af. The sweating also removes toxins from your body.

I was just yesterday in a sauna for around 1,5 hours with some breaks of course. And after the sauna I felt very good.

I don't know why goatis thinks that sauna is bad for you, he might just be retarded

I like it but, it put stress on your body, and make sure you are hydrated well before, like 1-2 days prior, drink enough water
