Re-read what I said you fuckwit. I said that the type of implants he might've gotten are radiolucent i.e., don't show up in an X-ray nor a CT scan.
Filler also doesn't show up in the type of X-ray he got.
Osteotomies, I'm not sure, but the X-ray is not proof whatsoever.

My take after obsessing over this for way too long:

Filler - seems possible and probably likely. But I do wonder how he's done fillers for 7 years straight in substantial volume and it hasn't become obvious or fake looking. Maybe it's just to his chin.

Osteotomies - no, any significant osteotomy would be obvious on the scan even if the screws were removed

Medpor implants - this is the interesting one. Implants would be invisible but the screws securing them in place would still show up. Medpor jaw implants would almost certainly have screws as that's just the way they're done now as it's far superior to relying on scar tissue pocket to hold it in place. Cheekbone implants it's more common to be done without screws, because there is way less movement and force in that area... though a more complex design would probably need screws.
