Is growing bones at 18/19 actually possible?

Other than surgery can you or can you not change your bones(face, frame, height) through drugs or other methods. pls help

i have a shitton of hair lol. fortunately for me im not prone to hair loss so ive ran tren mast and other androgenic compounds and hairline the same since 15 y/o without RU or fin/dut. However, my brother is prone and he uses fin+ru58841 so i would just keep an eye on it
