Due to recession my occipital bone is recessed and rounded. My cranium is also a little recessed along with the frontal bone. It's not too bad though.

Is growing out hair a good way to cover skull aesthetics and ascend; or is it cope? You can't rate something you can't see.

It's fraud, so make of that what you will. I think if fraud helps you cope with your unfortunate facial dispositions then make fraud. Wind outside will be your enemy and will reveal so sorely.

Last note is that doing that, you should watch your hairline extra hard and have the doctor on speed dial to begin finasteride. Fraud can alter the image you have of yourself, ie women who are not so attractive but then apply winged liner and act like they are one of a kind.

You can't rate something you can't see.
If your frontal bone is all messed up, I think that will be detectable no matter how you use hair to frame your face.

There is no such thing as a recessed cranium

not true because it's not just the maxilla and mandible that recess the skull has to accommodate for it as a whole
