Is growth 17yrs possible, can u grow at 17yrs, when does growth really end , do u believe in the whole sleep alot, taking vit and minerals, do maasai jumping, stretch and play sports can make u taller overtime is so how much?

I started doing these things at 16yrs and grew from 5'6-5'8.5 in a year...I'm 17 and after a month made it to 5'9. But wondering if anything will happen, will I grow more? is it possible?

It’s mainly just genetics. Those things would’ve mattered if you were still developing, which you could be. I’m a late bloomer so I only shot up at 17/18
