recently I have seen alot of interviews and videos about girls on gym guys, and almost everybody wants a skinny guy.
also yesterday i watched this guy called goatis, and he said that gym lowers testosterone.

for MAJORITY of young girls all the in looks are skinny and wispy with small frame and not 3d - old money, starboy, Edward scissorhands, sensitive version of Christian grey.

however there is always a niche for everything, masc guys, rugby guys, roided guys, even ogres.

so gym is defo not cope yes u wont get a social media physique going to gym even 6.hours a day unless your injecting, but u will be all round healthier and that makes u more attractive

No, going to the gym or engaging in regular exercise does not lower testosterone levels in most cases. In fact, regular physical activity, especially strength training and high-intensity exercises, can actually increase testosterone levels or help maintain healthy levels, particularly in men.
However, there are a few nuances to keep in mind:
  1. Short-Term Effects: Intense exercise, especially long periods of heavy endurance training or overtraining without adequate rest, can cause a temporary dip in testosterone levels due to the stress the body undergoes. This is a normal response to intense physical stress, but it typically rebounds once the body recovers.
  2. Overtraining: Overtraining or not allowing enough rest between intense workouts can lead to a condition known as overtraining syndrome, where hormone levels (including testosterone) can become imbalanced, and the body may not recover adequately. In such cases, testosterone levels might be lower temporarily.
  3. Weight Training: Strength training and resistance exercises (like lifting weights) have been shown to boost testosterone, especially when lifting heavier weights for fewer repetitions. These exercises stimulate muscle growth and the release of hormones.
  4. Age and Recovery: Testosterone levels naturally decrease with age, and regular exercise can help mitigate this decline. Ensuring you balance training with proper rest and recovery is key for maintaining healthy testosterone levels as you age.
  5. Healthy Lifestyle: Factors like sleep, nutrition, stress management, and overall lifestyle also play a role in maintaining optimal testosterone levels. Poor sleep or chronic stress can lead to lower testosterone, so ensuring you're also taking care of these aspects is important.
In summary, exercise, particularly resistance and high-intensity workouts, is generally beneficial for testosterone levels. However, overtraining or not giving the body enough time to recover can potentially have negative effects.
