recently I have seen alot of interviews and videos about girls on gym guys, and almost everybody wants a skinny guy.
also yesterday i watched this guy called goatis, and he said that gym lowers testosterone.

It depends if you are doing it to be fit and lean yeah gym is good but if you doing gym with the intentions of getting foids it's a cope
