is gymceling cope?
I've quit gymceling after 4.5 years of lifting...
Backstory
I used to be a gymcel 6 months ago, I've been all sorts of weights and bodyfats for example: 160 lbs 12%, 175 lbs 20%, 200 lbs 30%, 140 lbs 10%...
I've experienced and lived in many different physiques throughout the years and can compare the social treatment I was given through them all.
Main Discussion
Simply put, I have lowered my smv or barely raised even at all in some cases of my gymceling career. I'm 5'9 and 20 yrs and currently natural at 120 lbs and 10-15% bf.
I don't workout due to it not benefiting me in any high degrees whatsoever.
Flaws Ive Discovered by Gymceling
Benefits to Gymceling
Social Treatment and Final Thoughts
I can confirm that height is more important than any muscle you try and gain to compensate with.
Just having 3 more inches of height will gain you more respect than 30-50 lbs of muscle would ever give you.
I also didn't get any bitches when I was jacked, it always made my eye bags worse and skin quality shit when I was super jacked and lean.
Basically, I think it comes down to the individual if gymceling is a good ROI or not.
If you are under 6 foot I think the ROI isn't as beneficial if you were 6 ft. Being taller like 6ft plus with a jacked body gives better halo and frame in social ques helping improve smv.
However, being under 6 ft you can almost just see why some rando 5'6 dude is jacked, he's a fuckin manlet compensating LMAO
Also, I did use anabolics when gymcoping, and can confirm I will never step foot in a gym again unless I was enhanced. the Roi of being natty isn't there nor justifiable if you gymcel imo

- I would sleep a lot longer and need more time to recover
- I HAVE to eat g's of protein to my bodyweight, if I even want to think about growing any muscles (more money on food)
- I'm short and recessed so when I was jacked it looked like I was compensating... (which I was)
- AGING, I aged so BAD it looks like I'm 25 and I'm only 20... jfl at what I've done to myself through all that stress in the gym.
