Gymmaxing is good at any age. Lifting won't change your frame at any age.

You most likely won't look like Jeff Seid but you will still mog 99% of the population even if you start when you are 35.
 
Gymcelling is even more important after teens
Ideally Teens are for heightmaxxing and Twenties for body/musclemaxxing

Gymcelling through bodybuilding type routines will actually worsen your posture if you are doing regular lifts. Better to focus on gymastics-type excercise routine because that kind of excercise is the optimal way of maintaining and improving your frame+posture.

Dont fuck up your last stages of male skeletal development with the bodybuilding meme. Us millennials made that mistake for you, learn from it.
