Idk I went to the gym 6 times a week for a year and didn’t have major progress so it felt worthless

if you train correctly, newbie gains should hit hard in the first year.

Well I ate like shit but I bulked up so I should have got some gains but I didint, and I trained ok hard
 
what was your program?
Arms 2 times a week: bicep curls, shoulder pres, tricep pull down and incline bench press
Legs 2 times a week: leg press, calf raise, hamstring curls
Back 2 times a week: back curls, rows and crunches

just dont train chest theory

Yes it’s worth it. Go 3x or 4x a week with a FB or UL split and eat right.
