What bout taking roids is it at some point good?
I ve never taken them so i cant tell you but i ve been training for 3 years and taking some supplements and i have a pretty good physique

I started with megamass , multivitamines , creatine , omega3 . this was after 6 months of training (megamass made my acne worst so i threw it)
