is gyno stage 1 fixable with no surgery? genuinely need help

btw when im cold for some reason my gyno disappears but like when im warm even through shirt its visible and i hate it so since its only stage one is it fixable? or can i atleast minimize it?

im 15 and my dad at my age didnt have it neither my grandpa and it started developing as i started puberty (at like 12)
