i truly start to believe that happiness is a lie and it doesnt exist. we just go through life doing routines and things to keep us busy but if you completely stopped distracting yourself you will find out that happiness is not a real thing and its so empty

Happiness is a fleeting feeling you watch a good movie,eat a nice meal your happy for a little and then your not till the next dopamine hit

You have to detach yourself from the systems, philosophies, and guidelines society hopes to impose on you, as best you can. Happiness comes from within.
