hard chewing does work, just get any hard gum from a store, ask ai to find the hardest gum in ur area, and then chew 30-45 minutes each side, on pre molars and molars only , and make sure to take breaks

Because most of your upper and lower jaw are already fused by the time you reach the age of 12. Most of the development is done early on as a child. If you do chewing you'll grow your masseters which could be good, but for alot of people it might blow up your cheeks and make you look like a chipmunk.
