Is having a "baby face" cope or is it not over yet.

Im 17 years old and have been told by many people, and it is easy to tell, that I look younger then my age. I only started growing armpit hair a month ago, and my face looks so fucking sweet. It isn't too bad, but I don't wanna look like a retard forever. By my face people assume I'm around 14 or 15; however, I have a fairly deep voice. Is "baby fat" an actual thing or is it just what people call growing bones, and is "baby face" just something people use to cope with their low dimo faces?

ur prolly just a late bloomer. they're also called baby faces bcuz of baby fat and when u finish puberty it goes away unless ur fat
