Cutecel maybe but prettyboy not necessarily. Prettyboys have good facial harmony which is not guaranteed by lacking dimorphism ,and even in terms of dimorphism I noticed a lot of them actually have masculine bones and look "pretty" because of youthful skin and hair. Even the twinkish looking ones seem to have average dimorphism in many cases
