is having a big nose a strong flaw?

i hate my nose and i think it’s big, is that a really bad flaw? and how can i fix it? i have been reading some threads talking about how maxilla projection and temporalis upper vector can create foward growth affecting the nose area giving a more “straight” look, is it cope or you can really work on your maxilla projection to fix flaws like that? It your front nose is good dw much it’s only bad if front nose is ass. Side nose isn’t that big of a worry
