Round face is genetical, fat will only make it worse. It's the way your gonions and cheekbones are placed. Face shape doesn't change with getting lean, you will only get hollow cheeks at best. I look better lean but my face is still round, I need to lose all cheek fat to look human.

So at 12% bodyfat I could have a less rounded face? Lifefuel, also buccal fat removal is one of the cheaper surgeries. I could be htn if the stars aligned
