There was a 15 year old that came into the shop I used to work in with his mates. He was the size of a 10 year old and looked completely harmless but would always shadow box his friends in public. I then found out that he was expelled from school and would sell drugs to junkies and smoke weed daily.
There were many such cases of that with turbo midgets I knew growing up going over the top with their behavior to try compensate
