is hctz fine everyday

i use eplerenone everyday and lasix only on special occasions every few weeks. rn i use hctz maybe 2-3 times a week depending on if im going out. i went to vegas though and had hella cheat days and wasnt tryna take lasix everyday and fucking die so i decided to js use eplerenone and hctz everyday while i was there. i saw that when i used it multiple days in a row i got hollow cheeks even tho i ate hella sodium and my bf % prolly increased too. if i start using hctz everyday will my kidneys start to get used to it or is it fine

if you eat more sodium its actually harder to proccess it on eplerenone rather than regular so make sure not to do that
