Get on a skin routine pronto their skin looks like it's being eaten alive along with getting clean shaven. Eyes look awfully hollow so one might want to look a bit into some UEE filler. Good base but looks awfully unkempt atm

not really a failo but (your?) his weakest feature is most certainly his eye area
slightly too much upper eye lid exposure and eyebrows could be thicker/darker
