Is height frauding okay at 6‘2?

I wear black timbs wich allready give u like a 2 inch boost and i put insoles in them as well so its overall like +3 inches maybe bit more. I feel like u have to be atleast 3 inches taller then someone to heightmog them or els the differente arent enough. should i stop wearing insoles
