Is height surgery worth it?

I'm 5'9 with a 6'3 wingspan and size 9.5 shoes, and I'm really considering leg lengthening surgery to make it to 5'11 or 6'0. I would still look proportional then i could fraud to 6'3 / 6'4 without seeming too suspicious about and still looking somewhat proportional. Does anyone have any advice or has went thru a similar situation?

If you live in a nordic country where u are constantly getting heightmogged then yes. If not. I personally just recommend trying to max out your face.

height surgery from 5 9 to 5 11 wont change much . 2 might work but youll be better off using socket lifts to fraud and geomaxxing to southern europe since they rly short due to eating only carbs
