I'm sure that there are undeniable positive effects from doing the conventional strategies typically associated with "heightmaxxing" peddled in this server, but are they, if we're being honest, actually effective at heightmaxxing? Of course, the hard heightmaxxing alternatives exist, such as limb lengthening procedures and heel implant surgeries, but what about the other more copie things? I can't imagine there being substantial benefits from such marginal optimizations. Eating so-and-so food or controlling so-and-so hormones just doesn't seem as effective as just going outside and eating a lot of calories.
