Is hernan drago's jaw achievable even with surgeries

Wouldnt most people simply not be able to reach close enough even with bsso, chin wing, etc? And even if they got enough mandible length theyd need insane amts of filler or implant size to mimic the rest no?

Ive yet to see someone with more bone mass than hernan drago
