Yeah you could get like 2cm in spine, look in the botb threads for stretching for height aswell also when taking hgh you will get increase gains from micro fractures

all micro fracture techniques work under the same principal wolfs law, they are just different methods idk how much height u can gain but u will gain height

even if ur plates are open u still wouldn’t grow , maybe only 1 cm, but if they are open u should take an AI like anastrozole, u do not need hgh, hgh only works for people younger than 17 for height gains
