Is hGH and IGF-1 stimulation from supplements cope?

Will any of these basic supplements genuinely help aid in height growth? I am looking to pair anything with a peptide stack.

1. Melatonin (0.5–5 mg) IGF1 & hGH Signaling:
Melatonin can stimulate growth hormone release, especially at night, though it has minimal direct effects on IGF-1.
Sleep/Deep Sleep: Melatonin is widely known for improving sleep quality and increasing deep sleep phases.

2. GABA (3–5g) IGF1 & hGH Signaling:
GABA can stimulate growth hormone production, especially during sleep, which may enhance IGF-1 indirectly.
Sleep/Deep Sleep: Known to promote relaxation, which can lead to deeper, more restorative sleep.

3. Arginine (5g) IGF1 & hGH Signaling:
Arginine can stimulate hGH release if taken before sleep, enhancing IGF-1 signaling.
Sleep/Deep Sleep: Some people find it improves sleep slightly due to nitric oxide production.

people abused 30 mg of mk677 and still didnt grow why do you think that will do it?

It's basically just optimising sleep. If you don't have any problems with sleep, it's not worth the price. If you growth plates are closed too, it does nothing.
