if your referring to height growth go ask your doctor for a referal to get your wrist x rayed and check if your growth plates are open if they are then GREAT! you can grow more height if there closed you can still use hgh for muscle growth im pretty sure, a ton of body builders use it with steroids and other stuff so you can still get good results from using it just lower the dose.
