i want to start running 6-8iu and bulk up and work on improving my frame and potentially better bones.
seen people say hgh alone is bad and seem others say its still viable

i would love to, but taking soley hgh fits perfectly into my lifestyle and i dont really have the time or focus to be taking test rn, i also compete in boxing and my coach will be pissed if he finds out im on test

Unless you have ghd hgh won’t improve bones
It’s a great compound to run, takes longer than aas and sarms to show progress but it’s clean progress
And side effects are negligible

and what is your reasoning
If you have read enough regardinng HGH you would know that there is stem cell deplition and dna repair suppresion which leads to loss of dna methylation. Loss of dna methylation causes growth plate closure https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/16002553/ . Clonal and lineage tracing analyses reveal that stem cells renew via population assymetry and that GH promotes their commited cell diviosn, leading to stem cell deplition. Therapuetic doses of 4 IUs will cause this now imagine a higher dose? Estrogen seemingly has the same effect on stem cells in the rz, along with other thing like hypertrophic differntiaon and chrondocyte proliferation and all that. Upregulated cxx5 impares stem ccell maintanance and increases exhaustion.

How will ur coach know , taking only hgh is good too

well he’s already noticed that i’ve put on 5kg in 2 weeks from hgh and was jokingly suspicious and i feel like test would just reassure him that im actually on something due to all of the benefits, hgh is way more subtle and takes longer yk

It’s way better with test if you can

Yep. And a sprinkle of Tren (75-100mg)

HGH = better AAS results
AAS = better HGH results

Androgens increase GH receptor expression in muscle tissue, more GH receptors per cell means greater sensitivity to circulating HGH (super awesome). Meaning the same dose of exogenous HGH produces a larger anabolic signal in an androgen rich environment

Testosterone specifically increases IGF-1 receptor density in muscle amplifying the downstream effects of HGH driven IGF-1 production (double benefit)

IGF-1 increases androgen receptor expression and nuclear translocation efficiency

The same amount of AAS produces a greater transcriptional response in a high IGF-1 environment

hgh alone is prolly not worth it imo. u need test for the androgenic effects which hgh doesnt provide. u'll just get bloat and maybe some insulin sensitivity issues without the anabolic gains. might be a slight lift but u'll be missing the core benefits.

So if I don’t get on test I shouldn’t get on hgh? If I js got on hgh would I get bad downsides or would it js slowly work
