I’ve been running 5ius of Hgh for around a month now. Obviously haven’t seen that much changes in 1 month but just wondering on dosing and if this is even worth it. Thoughts?

depends on whether or not your growth plates are still open

Hgh will make your bones prominent , thicker and you will probably have a better skin thickness and better collagen production but if you want to increase your height by taking it , it may not help that much

If your growth plates are closed then its not worth tbh would be better off running test cheaper and better

The only thing Hgh will realistically do is make him look like a bloated potato. Can people here finally get that?

can u explain why ?
I and several other user explained this already- in other threads.

But again, if you want to use it or any other compound, I always recommend doing your own research.
It’s not as simple as HGH = bone growth, there are many, many more factors to consider.

There are studies backing all the things I claim , you can’t deny the studies . And obviously it bloat’s you because of Interstitial water retention
,regardless of you are in taking salt or not .

I was only bloated the first 2 weeks

Personal evidence doesn’t matter, I know guys as well, who used it and who even received CT scans before and after usage, and there was absolutely no change in their bone morphology- not a single mm of change.
Most of you have absolutely no idea how HGH even works in the body, you just repeat whatever some TikTok preachers tell you, because you are too lazy do to extensive research and want instant results with low-effort.

Insane that these kids still believe HGH will suddenly grow bones to their liking.

Fuck you nigga the study’s I’ve read don’t lie

proper nutrition will do more than hgh ever will lmao. all hgh will give you is prediabetic symptoms. If youre running anything for bones you're retarded.

Study’s I’ve read beg to differ ig we find out in a few months 🤷‍♂️

lmao show me which study you're referring to. cuz I doubt they're administering exogenous HGH to HEALTHY teens. It doesnt do jack shit if your body is producing enough.

That’s what I’m saying , you’re on the track . Just keep your health markers check through blood reports 👍🏼

Rosen et al., Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism (1993) - where adult men (who are deficient) are given hgh for 12 mouths, it was seen that bmd and bone formation increase significantly and same there is one more study in which they are not even deficient , Brixen et al., Journal of Bone and Mineral Research (1995) and there is the same outcome( not as prominent as deficient but significantly more then natural). Rudman et al., New England Journal of Medicine (1990)
In this study 21 man aged between 60 - 80 are given hgh ( not deficient) the result show ~ 9% increase in lean mass , 14% decrease in body fat , skin thickness increase by 7% and it was seen that collagen production has significantly increased. May I clear your doubt that why the cycle are so long otherwise you will cope with that , because the dosage were low and they take hgh injection less frequently like for 3x/week .

Nigga i know you will cope with that ,there is a study conducted on adult men but they are not deficient and I have mentioned it above but you didn’t see it 😂

Can you please give us the photos you’re referring too . Everybody knows that hgh is not a magic tool which increase your bone mass instantly, it is a long process and takes time which I’m not denying

God you're so stupid, they were not necessarily GH deficient but they still had issues. I'm assuming this is the exact one you're referring to "Short-term treatment with growth hormone stimulates osteoblastic and osteoclastic activity in osteopenic postmenopausal women: a dose response study". Not to mention this occurred in old age, your body practically is slowly decaying post 30. Low estrogen = shit bone health, all it did was compensate for sex hormone deficiencies.

Billions of years of evolution, and you think your skeleton is going to intentionally risk fucking itself because of a little extra HGH in a adolescent or young adult. High prolonged doses can induce acromegaly, but thats not what you want, and neither is it uniform growth.

Regardless, they didn't actually see bone growth, only restoration.

Claim that you make are are partially right about the studies , but the claim that hgh only restore the bones and hgh only workaround the sex hormones and don’t have any anabolic effects are very false. There is a study Rudman(1990 NEJM) on healthy men for 6 mouths, the spine BMD was increased by 1.8% in men by taking gh which show bone buildup beyond turnover equilibrium , even in non deficient men . Also the sex hormone compensation claim is also false as this study is done on men where estrogen isn’t a primary hormone and it also proves that hgh have anabolic effects . Another study named Blackman et al. (2002, JAMA) which was conducted on 57 men and 74 womes , there also seen that spine and hip BMD was increased by 2% even more then the women in this study .Also they compare GH to sex hormone, when gh is given independently to men and women the BMD increase and when given with sex hormone it shows additional benefits and not substitution , this debunks that gh compensate for estrogen or other deficiency. And if you say that they are all conducted to old people then may I clear that they have proven the principle of net building and not restoration. There are no studies on young people with no deficiency because it is not allowed that doesn’t meant that it won’t work on youngsters

yo what's going on bro? running gh at 16 is definitely an interesting move and not something i recommend casually without doing a ton of research first. it's definitely worth asking your doctor about the potential risks and benefits since it can affect you in the long run...
