Is HGH cope for Bones in face ?

What is better for me if I need more lean face and chin , a direct Genioplasty or taking HGH for 12 months ?
I just don't know how much more bones in face HGH can give , I just need more chin and maybe a longer mandible

Hgh grows everything in your body. But it will grow organs also so long term hgh is unhealthy if it's in high doses. If you go on above average dose of almost natural range for life that's ideal. If you want to grow bones then take hgh for a couple more nth with high protein diet and use a massage gun on your bones daily. Vibrations cause bone growth. So if you already have a big nose, and small jaw it will probably not grow the jaw much, but your nose will go sickomode.

I have an extremely narrow and not properly grown skull. Im 21. Should i look into hgh and mse? Can my upper skull (orbitals + forehead) widen?

Can we actually predict what parts of the face hgh will grow? I desperately need UPPER SKULL WIDENING. But im also poor af so i need some good prospect for this

Hard case , tbh I think it's unpredictable , but mostlikely it will widen skull too

My bizygomatic width has increased 2-3mm since starting mk 677 two months ago @ 18

Could just be puberty as the 2 months before that it have increased by 1-2mm aswell
