ive seen alot of videos on tt saying that hgh will decrease your height, idk if thats true or nah

It can if you blast too much of it without anything else

you need to take other stuff with it like an ai, and finding the right amount of hgh is important too

Recommending AI to a minor he shouldn’t even be taking shit anyways lol

Only works if u have the right genes not because it surpasses ur genetic limit and does some magic
it was only tested on kids who had growth hormone deficiency meaning that the kids wasnt as big as they SHOULD be and then it was regulated

Scientifically unfounded
:lul::lul::lul:
absolute water that too much hgh can tip over the balance of asymmetrical epssc division and lead to premature stem cell depletion because both daughter cells end up differentiating

Not true at all
1 theres no "genetic limit"
2 there are studies on healthy children with the same results

Source, and what dosage are we talking

We only see this concept in rats that were taking like 87iu a day, 900iu for human male equivalent.

edit: Also differentiation is mainly mediated by ihh and wnt not igf-1 lol

Edit 2: you must be confusing proliferation with initial asymmetrical division/differentiation from the rz

Wdym not true at all? HGH doesn’t do any magical thing
1. There’s a limit when u can grow and when u can’t that’s what I called “genetic limit”.
2. Show me

yeah at like 25iu ed would that outweigh the benefits of accelerated growth velocity tho

hgh has been cope boyo and no this doesn’t mean move on to fgfr3 inhibs like a dumbass trend hopper I mean unless you really want scoliosis I recommend you make a stack that targets specific pathways so it leads to growth I have a stack but I wouldn’t share it either way I imagine you currently have no job so you wouldn’t be able to afford it so first step to this whole shit would be getting a job and doing your own research

i think the study was with mice idrk the dose tbh i cba searching for it

im aware I also made a thread about on a similar topic I wish you were german so you could read it and criticize it you seem highiq but regardless mainly does not mean solely

Where did I mention proliferation? that would be symettrical no?
gh probably affects chondrocyte proliferation even more but how would that decrease fah:feelswat:

That limit isnt really set by genetics though
you could call your natural fah your "genetic limit" but any chemical treatment that would result in a fah height increase would then surpass that limit, or your genetic limit is what you could reach including all height maximizing shit ever to exist which would also be pretty hard to set esp since there could be yet undiscovered ways and noone would ever reach even close to it probably so the "muh wont surpass genetic limit" wouldnt be needed either
2. Show me
correct me if Im wrong but didnt zagro show multiple in his reply to ahmed

I see and yes we must be talking about the same thing

I will read it, and yes I know mainly doesn't mean solely but igf-1 doesn't do much of the ground work for it. wnt takes prevalence is it is responsible for actually keeping rz cells in the rz. It's like a negative feedback loop almost. Otherwise we'd prob have gigantism with hgh.

Yeah I wasn't saying you inherently mentioned proliferation, I was just saying conceptually you might've confused differentiation with proliferation because when we look at chondrocyte proliferation it's mainly driven by IGF-1 of course, but the differentiation of cells are regulated by certain pathway signals wnt ihh bmp and tgf-b, though igf-1 does have some indirect role with these signals.

And yeah, I'm not saying it'll decrease fah so we might've had a disconnect there.

Yes, proliferation is symmetrical but rz differentiation is asymmetrical so rhGH wouldn't deplete your rz cells unless obviously at retarded giga doses like 40iu because one cell stays in the resting zone to maintain it, the other leaves to proliferate more and more. Those signalling proteins maintain it's stay in that zone so that they aren't differentiating too fast.

Sorry for the yap, TLDR no hgh won't stunt you by overriding signalling pathways that cool down your differentiation. :FeelsLoveMan:

Zero evidence, there’s evidence for the argument that it wont cause depletion though
