Can a HGH expert explain if its worth to use growth hormone for anti aging?

not worth it. ideally for longevity you want less growth factors as to not grow cancerous cells that become more abundant with age. it’s cops i believe. just like how you don’t want to eat mega high protein your whole life.

that being said, in developmental years, HGH and very high protein diet is very useful.
