Is hgh for bideltoid growth cope?

5’7 147 lbs 16 yo
I have no fucking idea how to get my growth plates checked, but since I'm still growing a centimetre or two every few months I'm assuming they’re still open
Cycle will be 6,25 mg aromasin, starting dose hgh 4 iU, peak dose 8 iU
The question is, will hgh cause any noticable bidelt and height growth or im just delusional?
On the picture It’s somewhat visible that my shoulder width is wider than average, but It’s not enough.

HGH will grow every bone
