Cope in general I was on 8IU at 16 and did absolutely nothing people aren’t educating on HGH and look at it as some gods gift when it’s burning money, there are much better alternatives

yeah that’s the problem HGH is only good when you use ungodly amounts to create a tumor in your pituitary gland and get acromegaly and the chances of that happening are extremely low I would go about it with androgens they bind to bone much better then GH or I’m looking into abaloparatide and erdafitinib I’ve done research about both but very minimal and they seem to be a lot better then GH but all of this is useless if your growth plates r fused and shut, if that’s the situation there Is gonna be very little ways to “grow your bones” without surgical intervention sadly.
