Aromatase inhibitors are needed so you won't accidentally close your growth plates.
Growth plates will be still open for you. Take a look at the older heightmaxing threads on here.

Your plates could have closed when you were 6 for all I know

I read it its just not clear to me on if I should blast before puberty idk if it could cause some damage if I do blast tho it'll be prescribed from the doctors

A doctor will never prescribe you HGH unless you have a real gh defficiency which u probably don't have bc if u did it would be obvious.
