I am 17 and 5'6, should I take HGH and if so, what is a good cheap source

I already take it, it just causes more sleep, no height growth
All Right So First To Furthermore Understand This Conclusion We First Need To Acknowledge Required Information About it So, '
What Is The Pineal Gland?
- The Pineal Gland Is Basically Just A Neuroendocrine Transducer And its Located Within The Epithalamic Dorsal Diencephalon Its Also Positioned Along The Midline Ultimatley Between The Superior Colliculi And Also Anchored Within The Quadrigeminal Cistern Its Enveloped Primarily By The Pia Mater And It Receives Its Vascular Supply Primarily From The Posterior Choroidal Arteries.
- It Is Ultimatley Composed Of Stuff Like Pinealocytes, Interstitial glial cells, Perivascular phagocytes,Calcified concretions (ex: corpora arenacea)
- It Is More Exposed To Stuff Like circulating ions, xenobiotics, and endocrine signals, pretty much because its not really protected by the blood brain barrier
- The Pineal Gland's Primary Output Is Melatonin { Helps regulate The Sleep Wake Cycle } ( Its Synthesized from the tryptophan, serotonin, N acetylserotonin,melatonins pathway) And Ultimatley Regulated By
a) Suprachiasmatic nucleus {SCN}
b) Sympathetic innervation (via superior cervical ganglion)
c) Light Dependentt Inhibition (through the retinohypothalamic tract)
- The Pineal Gland Also Exibhits
a) High calcium affinity
b) Propensity for biomineralization
c) Electrophysiological responsiveness to sympathetic input
d) Circadian oscillatory gene expression ( ex: [CLOCK}, {BMAL1}, {PER}, And {CRY} )
Secondly, Fluroide Has Been Proven To Over Time Accumalate In The Pineal Gland { https://www.mdpi.com/2076-3417/10/8/2885? }
And It Could Possibly Affect Calcification In The Pineal Gland
- { https://rsisinternational.org/journ...ication-mental-health-and-fluoride-exposure/? }
- { https://australiaunwrapped.com/the-...d-neuroendocrine-health-a-lifespan-approach/? }
- { https://www.mdpi.com/2076-3417/10/8/2885? }
Fluroide {F⁻} Is More Likely To Accumalate within The Pineal Glands hydroxyapatite‑rich calcific concretions { The Calcificational Regions Of The Pineal Gland }
Creating A Ion Exchange Reaction Within The Pineal Glands Calcified Tissue { Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2+2F−→Ca10(PO4)6F2+2OH− } pretty much converting
- hydroxyapatite to fluorapatite ( Increasing Mineral Density )
Higher Mineral Density May Induce
- Melatonin biosynthesis kinetics
- {AANAT} enzymatic activity
- Circadian neuroendocrine output
- Sympathetic β‑adrenergic signaling efficiency
And Some More Too ( The LDAR Went too far so I'm not gonna type all that Bhai JFL)
Although, No Studys ( YET ) Have Showed a functional blockade of pinealocytes
What Foods Could Possibly Slow Accumaltion?
- Foods High In Antidioxidants ( ex: blueberries, pomegranates, dark greens (cope imo unless juiced), green tea, tumeric {curcumin},etc. ) Ultimatley Supporting cellular redox balance
- Some Foods That Support Calcium Metabolism { Helps Calcification }
a) Foods Rich In Magnesium ( ex: spinach (juiced), almonds, and pumpkin seeds, etc. )
b) Foods Rich In Vitamins {K1 & K2} ( ex: leafy greens ( juice or its cope imo), fermented foods, etc. )
c) Foods With Balanced balanced calcium to phosphorus ratios
- Foods Supporting Melatonin Pathways ( ex: tart cherries, walnuts, tomatoes, bananas ( good potassium {K12} too ), oats (cope imo) ) because they contain melatonin precursors or melatonin

Also Acknowledging The Fact That Things Like,
- Sleep
- Aging
- Alterfication In Someones Dietary Choices
And More ( Im Gonna LDAR Instead Of Writing All Of That Though JFL )
Can The Pineal Gland Being Good Or Bad Alter How HGH, IGF-1, And FGFR3 Pathways Work?
I Recently Considered The Fact That Melatonin Is Directly Induced And Altered By The Pineal Gland Also Affecting The Sleep Wake Cycle
As You probably Know, GH Levels Rise When Deep Sleep { Sleep Level 3 or 4 } "REM Sleep"
And
- Melatonin Directly Influences The HypoThalaMus Specifically GHRH neurons And Somatostatin neurons (both responsible for growth) Ultimatley Inducing A Uprise In HGH Pulses
- The HGH Induced Through This Cycle Stimulates The Liver To Produce IGF-1 (So Watch What Peptides You Take If your a Manlet) This is Important Because IGF-1 Is the Primary Helper For
- Bone Growth
- cartilage proliferation
- muscle protein synthesis
- connective tissue remodeling
Also, Melatonin Directly Modulates IGF-1 Receptors
IGF-1 Leads To More CounterAction Against FGFR3 ( FGFR3 limits Bone growth) Primarily By
- stimulating chondrocyte proliferation
- increasing matrix production
- promoting hypertrophic differentiation
- activating { PI3K/Akt } and { MAPK } pathways that basically oppose FGFR3’s inhibitory signals
So, Overall Leading to better growth plate Activity { I Didnt Consider Other Pathways Like Ihh, PTHrP, Wnt, BMPs,etc. But Wtv LDAR is Law }

So If Your A Manlet This Can Help Bhai! Unless Your Tom Cruise JFL { HUGE Failo }
This Was Lowkey A Low-IQ Rushed Post so yeah sorry its trash

Extra Pic And Article .pdf Below! sorry this is so bad ... bump pls! (water ik)

Read The Last Part It Can Help Bc of Increaseed GH optimization during REM (N3) (N4) sleep I'm just jestering JFL lol

Thats like 1 mil and over 1 year off work
100k max from the best surgeon, you can get cheaper as well depending on the lengthening method. It's not 1 yr off work, maybe 3 months if you do an office job. The jump from 5'6 to 5'10 is definitely worth it though.
