Is HGH worthwhile for me?

I am 19 years old and 6'0. The problem lies not with my height but with my facial bones and frame.

Essentially, I am asking if HGH will stimulate bone growth in the face or at least give me more compact bone? Additionally, I want a wider bidelt so any tips are appreciated. Thanks.

Yes seeing as that's the entire point of HGH, but unless you're a hyper responder there's not going to be any decent change. Plenty of competitive body builders use HGH and they just look like bloated normies with giant guts
