Is his eye area achievable even with surgery?

Is this guys eye area even achievable for me with surgery or fillers? I have filler consultation booked in 1-2 months and then proceeding with filler in 4 months, im getting the filler to restore volume under my eyes and near my infras + cheeks to raise lower eyelid up. I was wondering if his eye area or something similar is even achievable for me

Good work on the consultation, i don't think its achievable with filler, but your eye area will still look good a lot better afterwards
