yo i lowkey have 95% closed growth plates and hella body hair im prob done
but my mustache and goatee won’t grow that much they r decent but not thick
i guess ur right now that i think of it but i guess its not fully done

Body hair isnt a good indicator of growth. Only way to know is growth plates and how "matured" you may look.
