I fear my zygos are too wide because they flare outwards which makes my fwhr unideal

Fuck ok, I think it’s more of my negative hooding that is cooking my eye area not the tilt itself. My shit ipd looks worse because of my wide zygos. Low ipd with low Fwhr isn’t as bad as low ipd with high fwhr(me)
I’m getting genio to fix my chin
Also do I need rhino? I hate how flat my nose is I think I need more projection

sorry. cant really tell from 2 photos. dont get any surgery unless you have a good surgeon and ur an adult, and can properly afford one. ur nose is fine, dont waste anything to try change it.

Yeah cost isn’t an issue. My parents fully support the surgeries I’m getting and one of them is a orthodontist and one of my relatives owns an top plastic surgery clinic so I’m pretty sure I can get it for a pretty low cost.

Yeah i guess that makes sense, I do think that European features mog Asian ones. Finding a surgeon who is willing to do leforts is impossible tho, aren’t those only for people who went through car accidents or extreme facial trauma?
I think filler is a good idea I will look into that

i dont think you are bad looking, there is bloatness around your jawline making your bad side even worse. your front is decent, if you fix skin, fat % and hair i think you would comfortably sit at hmtn. i dont understand the guys flaming you for being ltn because you are around average now

Thanks. I do think I am ugly but I think I could be near average if i lose fat I’m currently 25%

Thanks man. I agree with most if not all the procedures, my teeth are straight but palate is a little bit narrow(40 mm)

You’ll need Jaw angle implants cause your lower third is lacking bad, Combined with a Genioplasty (Chin projection)

Your upper third is fine you have wide cheekbones but lacking under eyes a Fat graft or Infraorbital implants would correct this.
