All i can recommend is a hairline lowering procedure but idk if it will make your face look small and blocky at the end

You're right about gonials but having nasolabials doesn't mean u have recessed maxilla, in the balkans 95% of people have them

I will consider this as a "it's reachable" and actually with very little work considering this

As someone said on the higher ends of mtn, my rating is usually hmnt/lhtn but I would like to ascend at a point everyone can agree that I'm a htn
