I would like to think that it's real, but it likely takes 5+ hours a day to see any noticeable growth. Astronauts likely use it as preventative I would think.

I just read a study by BioMed Research International, and they are researching acoustic vibration at different frequencies for the purpose of reducing or limiting osteoporosis, not for further growth.

Humans hum from 20-100hz, and the most effective frequencies at inhibiting osteoporosis were 800hz, followed by 400hz and 30hz. This suggests that any noticeable change is unachievable because we can't hum at an effective frequency. The study was also conducted over 14 day periods with consistent acoustic vibration, and lets be honest nobody is going to actually hum like they have autism for extended periods.

This was just one study and I would look into it more if your curious, but overall I would say the placebo will probably give you more perceived Craniofacial growth than you will get of actual physical change.

This is the study I read: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC4337172/#sec3
